JOB description:

We are looking for After-hours field supervisory staff.

Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision.
Open lines of communication
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Problem-solving
Assist with schedules and personnel records
Prepare and submit performance reports
Boost employee morale
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures.
Support field personnel as needed
Emergency planning
Safety enforcement
Serve as the main link between field staff, office and patrons
Site setup and training for new sites
